The agreement will bring industry-leading digital services to clients as part of Atkins’ broader Digital Asset Management portfolio. The two companies will provide consultancy, technology and managed services.  Together they will bring world class capabilities, including:  new digital capabilities and industry specific solutions based on an enterprise asset management platform; engineering and business process design; and program and change management to support business transformation that is underpinned by technology.
