Project Management / PMO

Programme Director

Working primarily (but not exclusively) with EAMS Group’s Industry Solution set (together with other complimentary best of breed platforms, applications and tools), EAMS Group provides the strategy, design, implementation and change management / transformation required to enable our clients to realise world class asset and safety management. 

Programmes of work typically include a number of projects and as a Programme Director you are ultimately accountable for the success of all programmes of work and the associated projects under your authority.

You are tasked with ensuring that programmes of work and the associated projects are managed effectively, utilising EAMS Group best practice to ensure a consistent and high-quality standard of work is delivered across the client programme(s).

The role requires high level project and people management skills and the individual must be comfortable interacting and communicating with external clients and senior stakeholders, as well as internal colleagues and direct reports from an implementation/client facing and technical background.

You will represent EAMS Group in senior stakeholder engagements such as Steering Committee and Programme Board meetings.

A key part of the role is identifying and developing new business opportunities within the existing client base.

Working primarily (but not exclusively) with EAMS Group’s Industry Solution set (together with other complimentary best of breed platforms, applications and tools), EAMS Group provides the strategy, design, implementation and change management / transformation required to enable our clients to realise world class asset and safety management. 

Programmes of work typically include a number of projects and as a Programme Manager you are accountable for the success of all projects associated with your programme of work.

You are tasked with ensuring that these projects are managed effectively, utilising EAMS Group best practice to ensure a consistent and high-quality standard of work is delivered across the client programme(s).

EAM Delivery Analyst
Working primarily (but not exclusively) with EAMS Group’s Industry Solution set (together with other complimentary best of breed platforms, applications and tools), EAMS Group provides the strategy, design, implementation and change management / transformation required to enable our clients to realise world class asset and safety management.
EAMS Group are seeking enthusiastic and academically strong graduates typically with degrees in engineering / science / technology / business for graduate level entry into our Consulting Division. You will support various client and internal projects, while learning the EAMS Group methodology and progressing your career as a professional within the Infrastructure EAM Consultancy Practice.
You will get to work in a number of interesting industry sectors all of whom have a large number of infrastructure related asset classes ranging in age from early Victorian to state of the art modern technology. Examples would include asset classes found in rail, highways and airports.
It will be your job to help design the business processes that define how these assets should best be managed and work with our Technology Division to realise the data, applications (desktop and increasingly mobile) and reporting solutions to real-world problems. You will then be involved in the roll-out of our solutions to end users which will encompass testing, training delivery and support.
EAM Delivery Professional

EAMS Group are seeking enthusiastic and academically strong experienced candidates typically with degrees in engineering / science / technology / business and have achieved or be on -route to achieving Chartered status with a relevant institution. You will be a self-starting leader who possess specialist background knowledge within a related industry or technology. You will lead various client-facing and internal development projects utilising EAMS Group methodologies and toolsets and will use your knowledge and skill s to affect positive on-going change as you develop your professional career within the Infrastructure EAM Consultancy Practice.
You will get to work in a number of interesting industry sectors all of whom have a large number of infrastructure related asset classes ranging in age from early Victorian to state of the art modern technology. Examples typically include asset classes found in rail, highways and airports.
You will be a problem solver, applying the wealth of EAMS Group’s corporate knowledge and product to solve real-world client problems. You will lead all aspects of the transformative EAM projects and programs that we implement, from requirements gathering and process definition, through solution design, execution testing and deployment. You will lead data and reporting subprojects through to the roll-out of our solutions to end users which will encompass testing, training delivery and support.
Principal GIS & Visualisation Professional
Working primarily (but not exclusively) within EAMS Group’s Industry Solution set (together with other complimentary best of breed platforms, applications and tools), EAMS Group provides the strategy, design, implementation and change management / transformation required to enable our clients to realise world class asset and safety management.
EAMS Group are seeking an enthusiastic GIS professional to work within the Infrastructure consulting practice to take the lead on a number of overseas and domestic projects. The successful applicant will be an experienced GIS expert who is ready to forward their career in a role which will enable them to take the lead in defining visualisation solutions, both desktop and mobile.
You will get to work in a number of interesting industry sectors all of whom have a large number of infrastructure related asset classes ranging in age from early Victorian to state of the art modern technology. Examples would include asset classes found in rail, Highways, Bridges, Tunnels and Navigation. This will require you to work with Linear and Geospatial GIS techniques.
Your Primary job function will be to lead the design and deployment of EAMS Group’s GIS and visualisation solutions in partnership with the functional teams delivering our Linear Modelling solutions. You will also have the opportunity to deliver on linear modelling and BIM assignments through the Infrastructure consulting division projects.

IT Engineering

Data Migration Engineer (Senior/Mid/Junior)

The EAM Data Engineers are key members of the EAMS Group team. They are responsible for migrating, transforming and loading data in EAM systems and the tuning and optimal configuration of those systems.  

EAMS Data Engineers primarily work on project deliverables responsible for data architecture, data quality, migration strategy, data cutover and post go-live support working within a service focused team delivering excellent value to our customers.  

EAM Data Engineers may also expected to play a key role in the development of the EAMS Cloud platform and associated services, especially in realisation of Data Vault service and integration of Machine Learning, IoT and Predictive technologies (IBM Watson).   

Infrastructure Engineer
We are looking for a passionate, motivated, innovative team player with a technical aptitude and thirst for learning and problem solving, who would like to be part of our vision in helping clients transform their business.
Solution Architect
Solution Architects are integral to the sales and commercial process establishing relationships with client IT stakeholders. They will have breadth and depth of experience in the delivery of solutions and understanding and the ability to navigate the different roles encountered when engaging with a client at different stages of the project lifecycle.
Solution Consultant (Maximo)
Our Maximo Technical Consultants are responsible for translating functional requirements in technical deliverables. The role encompasses design, development, testing and documentation utilising application design, workflow, business logic extension, integration, reports and mobile application development. They work with the latest IBM technologies utilising technology to optimise business processes.
Technical Product Architect
Technical Architects underpin successful delivery and deployment of the end solution. This includes detailed co-ordination of the tools, configuration oversight and managing deployment.

The EAMS Group Customer Success team owns all current customer relationships, ensuring these clients derive maximum value from EAMS Group products and services and become advocates for our organisation. The team are trusted advisors for our client stakeholders, building lasting relationships that enable product adoption, create up-sell opportunities, and minimise churn. We are looking for a Customer Success and Support Analyst to become part of an established team and delivery fantastic service to our external and internal customers.
Head of Customer Success and Support

The EAMS Group Customer Success team owns all current customer relationships, ensuring these clients derive maximum value from EAMS Group products and services and become advocates for our organisation. The team are trusted advisors for our client stakeholders, building lasting relationships that enable product adoption, create up-sell opportunities, and minimise churn. We are looking for a Customer Success Director (CSD) to lead an established team, maximise revenue, build partnerships and delivery fantastic service to our external and internal customers.

This nature of this our work requires a flexible approach to mobile development and deep understanding of UX principles. Our projects encompass a variety of timescales and budgets requiring the ability to adapt to working within different teams and methodologies. You should be able to adapt your processes accordingly. You will work closely with Project Managers, Product Owners, Developers and other team members, both within EAMS Group and the client’s organisation to produce creative, yet intuitive solutions. You should advocate and show willingness to involve users from the early stage of the project right through to completion.
