Support & Cloud Services
Practice Leads are tasked with serving as a thought leader and knowledge matter expert in a certain area of expertise.
Head Consultants provides leadership and creates enthusiasm for the EAMS Group’s products and solutions. Is responsible for developing the strategic direction of their area, having responsibility and accountability of delivering the strategy as well as providing management and guidance to their team.
Principal Consultant will be responsible for capturing and documenting Infrastructure Asset Classes’ business requirements (scope), reviewing current ‘As-Is’ business processes, comparing these against the EAMS library of best practice processes, assessing the impact of the change to the ‘To-Be’ processes and then ensuring that those requirements are delivered whilst supporting the business through the necessary change.
Implementation Consultants are key members of our client programme teams and will undertake a leading role in driving the design and implementation of our Enterprise Asset Management Solution
Programme Managers are vital to ensuring the EAMS Group best practice standards are maintained to deliver consistent and high quality work streams on client Programmes. The role requires a blend of both project and people management and the individual must be comfortable with interacting and communicating with external clients and stakeholders as well as internal colleagues; from both the Consulting & Technology divisions to ensure programmes are delivered to agreed timelines and budgets
Agile Team Lead
Agile Leads are vital to ensuring that all team members maintain EAMS best practice standards to deliver consistent and high quality work streams on client Programmes. The role requires a blend of Agile, project management and people management skills. The individual must be comfortable with interacting and communicating with external clients and stakeholders as well as internal colleagues and direct reports from an implementation/client facing background as well as those with technical expertise to ensure programmes are delivered to agreed timelines and budgets
Solution Architects design and manage the delivery of all EAM solution components including application, infrastructure, reporting, mobile and configuration. You will provide leadership and oversight advising clients and implementation teams in balancing cost, risk, stability and functionality and change management. This role requires experience and knowledge across a broad range of technical and functional disciplines together with an excellent understanding of EAM best practice.
Birt Report Developer
The role of the experienced BIRT report developer is to work closely with both internal and client stakeholders to design and develop client reports. This includes: understanding business requirements, designing and documenting technical requirements, building performance tuned reports, building and tuning PL/SQL queries; ensuring technical excellence across the team’s deliverables; produce associated documentation and provide status updates to management
Cognos BI Report Developer
In the role of Cognos BI report developer, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the software development life cycle including requirements elicitation, application architecture definition and design. You will play an important role in creating the high level design artefacts for the enterprise BI & reporting solution
Maximo/Infor/SAP Mobile Consultant
Mobile Consultants are responsible for translating functional requirements in our Mobile Apps. The role encompasses design, development, testing and documentation of Mobile Applications / solutions utilising industry standard development tools such as Angular JS and Material design. Mobile consultants will work with the client to analyse requirements, design effective mobile applications, manage solution reviews and oversee all activity from design to roll out of Mobile Apps within the client environment. Mobile Consultants provide guidance at each stage of the delivery lifecycle sharing knowledge and best practice with team members and client stakeholders.
Maximo/Infor/SAP Technical Consultant
This role focuses on delivery high quality solutions a relies on an excellent understanding of the technical and functional application components together with knowledge of core maintenance activities and industry specific experience. You will be able to balance guide clients through requirements definition is utilising best practice and deliver high quality and maintainable functionality using configuration and development. This role requires a deep understanding of application database components, configuration options, integration, user interface best practice alongside knowledge of the EAM core disciplines: Asset Registration, Work Management, Maintenance Planning, Labour, Reliability and Materials. Knowledge of Service Management, Safety, Productivity, Assurance and Finance are also highly desirable for this role.
The Data Migration Consultant will be responsible for the data migration strategy, detailed technical design, solution build, unit testing / bug fixing, data creation & enhancement, test data provision, trial and live data cutovers, post go-live support, parallel data maintenance solution and finally handover to the Clients business as usual team of the complete data migration solution for the Product or Solution.
Product Developer – Applications
The ‘Product Developer – Applications’ role, focuses on developing and augmenting functionality with IBM Maximo Asset Management framework to provide configurable solutions to our clients. Part of this role will involve working with the product development team and its stake-holders to deliver maximum value whilst ensuring the highest quality product is delivered to the end user. They will have an active part at all stages of the product life-cycle.
The role of the ‘Product Developer – Applications’ will cover a wide range of technologies, tools and software platforms, including but not limited to, Maximo, internal EAMS developed products, and integrations and extensions to 3rd party products.
Product Developer – Mobile
The ‘Product Developer – Mobile’ role focuses on the mobile side of product development which includes development of mobile applications for all mobile OS versions through a mix of hybrid and native technologies. Part of this role will involve working with the product development team and its stake-holders to deliver maximum value whilst ensuring the highest quality product is delivered to the end user. They will have an active part at all stages of the product life-cycle.
The role of the ‘Product Developer – Mobile’ will cover a wide range of technologies, tools and software platforms, including but not limited to, IBM Maximo and Mobile First, internal EAMS developed products, and integrations and extensions to 3rd party products.
Technical Support Consultant
Technical Support Consultants play an integral role in the provision of general technical support to their EAMS colleagues as well as Technical Support to all EAMS Groups clients (primarily for Maximo but also for other software products within the EAMS portfolio e.g. Microsoft Dynamics GP).
EAMS Group system solutions provide significant improvements to how our Clients manage their work, materials and labour, health and safety and asset configurations. For example, EAMS Group implement and adapt Maximo to established systems to help clients realise the benefits of this efficient, world class approach to asset management.
Technical Support Analyst
Providing an entry-level position within EAMS Group, the Technical Support Analysts play an integral role in the provision of general technical support to their EAMS colleagues as well as Technical Support to all EAMS clients (primarily for Maximo but also for other software products within the EAMS portfolio e.g. Microsoft Dynamics GP).
Infrastructure Analysts support, deploy and manage internal and client infrastructure using both on premise, private and public cloud. Your role will be within Technical Support, internal projects and engaging with clients on new projects to assist with new or migrated deployments, typically using IBM Maximo, DB2 / Oracle which may integrate to other cloud or on premise applications. Primarily you will be working with Amazon Web Services (core networking, database and compute services), but also with other cloud services (Azure, IBM Cloud) and other deployment and continuous integration tools (Docker, Jenkins, Mercurial, GIT). You will become part of our team providing dynamic, scalable, secure and high performance services to both our internal and external clients.
Database Administrator (DBA)
The DBA role is within Technical Support to install, tune, administer and support many databases across our internal and external client base. Databases reside both on premise and within public and private cloud services (Amazon Web Service, IBM Cloud, Azure) and range in complexity from single databases to complex high availability configurations. Your will be working closely with infrastructure analysts to ensure database and deployed and scaled dynamically and ensuring all components are instrumented and integrated into our performance monitoring framework. You will become part of our team providing dynamic, scalable, secure and high performance services to both our internal and external clients.
